H(e)r Solutions is an HR consultation service based out of Indianapolis, IN. Established in 2023, it is our goal to elevate your interview skills, offer professional development strategies, revamp resumes, and offer HR consultation services at a one on one level and/or group learning setting!

Her Solutions provides individuals with the necessary tools to creatively market and share their experience with future employers through curated professional development services.

Our goal is to help underserved and overlooked talent find their place in the workforce — within ANY industry.

Hi, I’m Cashmiera.

My name is Cashmiera Brown and I have been successfully writing resumes and placing talent for eight years with over seventy companies in the US. I am a SHRM-CP Certified, experienced Human Resources Professional with a MS in Human Resources Management -- offering customized consultation and resume creation services at a personalized and organizational (group) level.

Prior to going back to school to get my MS, I was what I would like to call, “a professional job getter”.   • Resume Review

    During this time, I will review your resume with a keen eye and mark up any recommended enhancements.

    *Add on Resume Revision services for just $40 more at booking.

    Once you have booked the Review Service, you will get an email requesting a PDF version of your current resume that you would like to have reviewed. After you have emailed me back a copy of your resume, please allow 24-72 hours for a returned product to be emailed back to the account you listed as contact. The suggested edits to your resume will be made in red ink

  • 1:1 Professional Development

    During this hour long session, you will have the opportunity to discuss questions related to your career journey and professional development. This can include mock interview preparatory sessions, mapping out career goals, and/or improving time management skills, to name a few broad topics.

    1:1 time is an hour long. You must select the time you want to meet, pay for the service, and then you will get an email, following your purchase, with a Google Meets Calendar link attached for the date and time you selected. You will also receive a prompt with common topics brought up during the meeting. (You do not have to adhere to the prompt, think of it more as a stepping stone or guide.)

  • Resume Revamp

    I will provide you with a completely new resume created with specific criteria that will get you noticed by leading Talent Acquisition Professionals.

    *Must provide an original resume for work history and reference.

    Once you have booked the Revision Service, you will get an email requesting a PDF version of the resume you want revamped. This applies for ONE resume per transaction.

  • Job Sourcing

    Are you interested in a new role or company but you just don't have the time? Her Solutions' Job Sourcing Service is a great option to alleviate your time constraints. Allow me to source openings and apply to exciting new roles on your behalf!

    With the Gold Package, I will source and apply to five (5) positions per week on your behalf.

    With the Platinum Package, I will source and apply to five (10) positions per week on your behalf.

    *Must include resume and/or cover letter when prompted upon selection of this service.
